Try doing a grep search based on site hostname or username. (Password will probably not work because it should be encrypted or obfuscated.)

Hmm, apparently there's a file that encrypts the passwords saved called "Wand.dat" according to this site: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/opera_password_recovery.html

Maybe we can just wipe that out? I'll run a test and see what happens.

So I went to a site and logged in and sure enough, wand.dat appeared in the Opera directory. I'll blow it away and see what happens.

Indeed, purging "wand.dat" does remove passwords. Adding to Opera cleaner now.
