Add a multi-purpose digiline button/lamp/lcd combo

As more and more people are getting into digiline automation, the need for the aforementioned item is apparent.
Digline lamps exist, but they only exist in homedecor_lighing---their existance is not apparent for the average player. A player must sneak-punch the lamp to set the digiline channel. Their channel is stored and usable, however, a proceeding sneak-punch reveals a empty textbox in a formspec. This leads to the confusion that the channel has not been set.
Prototype for the new item (note that by, for example, *chan*_display:*message* I mean send the message to the channel set suffixed by _display):

• Turns its lighting level with *chan*:1 to *chan*:14, and with *chan*:off and *chan*:max
• Change its display with *chan*_display:*message*
• When it gets right clicked, it sends interact
• When it gets left clicked, it sends punch
  Suggested labels: Something like feature_request or enhancement, etc.

Marble Microblock Dupe

Using the sawmill to create micro-blocks can then be used to recreate the original block since the marble automatically converts all other marble (from other mods) into the Technic version, so it can be smelted into Italian marble. The problem is that the micro-blocks are being converted back in a 1:1 fashion. So...
start with saw table crafts
<1 Technic Marble> => 16 Marble Slab (1/16) => 16 Technic Marble (!)

The process could be repeated over and over to create infinite duplicate marble blocks. I realize marble isn't exactly your highly sought-after block but i figured since it involved a dupe-exploit, i should report it nonetheless.

If this is out of your hands I would appreciate a link to the developer or a forward however its best I notify you first since it impacts your server and perhaps maybe better you post to the end developers (it might carry more weight if a server net posts it rather than a single user of one). Add Dependabot to update all mods daily

Currently, many mods are (very) outdated.

Only if mods are not modified, otherwise, AFAIK, existing changes will be overwritten.

Fireproof bracer doesn't protect against all kinds of lava.

There are 2 types of nodes due to the nether mode: default:lava_source and nether:lava_source. Fireproof bracer doesn't protect against the latter.

[issue] Pandas don't spawn

Issue: Pandas don't appear to spawn in game

Proposed Solution: My understanding is that Pandas only spawn on ethereal:bamboo_dirt and that Blocky Survival does not have the ethereal mod. Its a pretty easy fix to just have it spawn elsewhere but wanted to make an issue before posting any form of PR to verify it is how the mod currently works.

It doesn't appear mobs_animal @ 77ed774 is properly linked in the repo for me to also look at Blocky's fork or mirror of the mod.
