Build fail under BISON 3.3.1

Issue Description

The library cannot be built when using BISON 3.3.1

What actually happens:

src/verilog_scanner.l:3:14: fatal error: 'verilog_parser.tab.h' file not found

Steps to re-create:

Describe exactly how to re-create the bug.

$> brew install bison
$> mkdir -p build && cd build 
$> make all

Use proper install path for the include directory

Issue Description

The include directory will be installed in "CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX/include/include", which should use a more specific and meaningful name.

What should happen:

Use a pathname like "CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX/include/vlog-parser".

What actually happens:

"CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX/include/include"
