Incompatible with recent versions of vue and vue-class-component

On [email protected] and [email protected], tsc failed:

node_modules/vue-class-component/lib/declarations.d.ts(6,33):
error TS2702: 'Vue' only refers to a type, but is being used as a namespace here.

Reinstall vue with version 2.3.3 and vue-class-component with version 5.0.1,
and tsc works as expected.

I am not sure whether you want to

1. update your project with recent versions of vue and vue-class-component, or
2. simply change the version specification in package.json.

Thus I opened an issue instead of making a pull-request.
