Create a new block based child theme of Frost

The new block based theme for Rathmore Financial will initially be created as a child theme of Frost, by wpengine.
It will be created using foster-child then manually modified with bespoke header and footer template parts, plus a Call To Action template part.

It should be implemented in such a way that the parent theme can be switched to another theme... any of the existing parent themes on wordpress.org.

Since the site is not used for blogging it may only be necessary to implement the page.html template
and a couple of page specific templates for those pages that don't need the "Contact Us" CTA.

The header should be simplified to the company's logo and a hamburger menu.

Some (CSS) animation may be required to keep the viewer amused as they scroll down longer pages.
