Hello RyDriod, the license would just have originally been copied from one of my other projects and the date hasn't been updated. I don't believe having all the dates fully updated to current is that important.

If this copyright text should be changed now there are more people committing let me me know what should be done and I'll get them updated.

Let's be clear. I am developer, not a lawyer. So what I wrote about copyright is advice and may not be the truth.

If there is what you consider a problem with a fork, the date may be important because copyright is not infinite (for the best and the worth). For example, if someone forks the project and removes your name, you will be able to attack it in court if you want and if you still have copyright on the modified files, so if you have no copyright you will can do nothing. Of course, this question about copyright is more with copyleft licenses (but that it is not the case with this project).

To conclude, I do not think that it is really important in this case. But when I saw that, it seemed to be an error so I reported it.
