URL change doesn't trigger a re-sync

I ran into a problem where I was trying to sync to the Contentful development environment, having previously been syncing to the master environment. Hence, the URL had changed.

It would be handy if the URL could automatically update 😀

Locale config does not work. Only en-NZ works.

There is a config option for locale but it is not used.

Prevent two running sync operations from deleting all data

Consyncful isn't designed to be run in parallel with itself.

It would be great if there was some kind of locking mechanism to prevent this from dropping lots of records.

Sync error: "Mongo::Error::OperationFailure: E11000 duplicate key error collection"

When trying to run rake consyncful:refresh, I was consistently seeing this error,

DSL for adding indexes.

Hey,

Currently there is no way to add indexes to children who inherit from Consyncful::Base. Other than to reopen the base class and add them in myself.

Please add a way so that I can :).
