[Web] Auto-open and auto-refresh local server

As well as auto updating the build, also auto refresh the local server when files are saved. Also, auto-open the website when starting the server.

Research and fix auth0-js security vulnerability

package-lock.json update suggested:
auth0-js ~> 8.12.0

Not sure what's requiring this, if we should update it or make a pull request on that originating package, or if the update will mess something else up. Research!

Connect Travis PR auto-testing

Test app doesn't crash

Delete yarn.lock

Create react native app

Initial creation of app that runs on a simulator with Xcode (yarn can be npm):

yarn start
Starts the development server so you can open your app in the Expo
app on your phone.

yarn run ios
(Mac only, requires Xcode)
Starts the development server and loads your app in an iOS simulator.

yarn run android
(Requires Android build tools)
Starts the development server and loads your app on a connected Android
device or emulator.

yarn test
Starts the test runner.

DON'T DO THIS
yarn run eject
Removes this tool and copies build dependencies, configuration files
and scripts into the app directory. If you do this, you can’t go back!

[Web] Local server capabilities

Set up to be able to run a local server instead of just opening index.html.
