bounswe2016group2's Issues

Slack integration

We decided to use Slack application for communication purposes from now on. Provide Slack-GitHub integration.

Homework 2 - Video Reaction

Reaction will contain information about the key points in the video and the general structure of the SCRUM system, what aspects of it that we can use in our group.

Assignment 5 - Peer Review for Group 7

Use Case Diagrams

Use case diagrams are planned very well. We can easily see the accessibility of registered users, non-registered users, and administrator for activities. Also, activities are planned well and satisfied the expectation. Search and advanced search could have sub-methods as sort, filter which are linked to the search and advanced search segment.

Activity Diagrams

Activity diagram is simple and well planned. It covers the most important activities and flows. Making it more detailed will cause some disadvantages such as hard to track flow.

Class Diagrams

There is a problem with subclasses such as guest must be a subclass of user. Also some methods are not covered in class diagram.

Sequence Diagrams

Sequence diagram is well designed but at search diagrams, there could be cache system. Because accessing to the database is very slow process and high probably some words will repeat frequently, cache system could be useful. Other things are seems ok.

Team work & communication

Explore related material on team work & communication. Put references and comments about your findings on your project repository.

Update README.md

Update README.md and put brief information about the project and a link to Wiki page.

Use Case Diagram & Use Cases

All use cases, at least 2 substantial cases that are elaborated with actors, description, data, stimulus, response, and comments.

Assignment 5 - Peer Review for Group 7

Use Case Diagram

Categorization of users are obvious and every action and relation associated with them are defined appropriately. Steps of actions are clearly explained below and all of them are coherent. One little thing distracting me is that materials created by instructors (topics, discussions, quizes, ...) do not have necessary relations with actions or explorers, but it is again clearly explained in the use cases.

Sequence Diagrams

No comment. All is well in my opinion. One can even code just looking at the diagrams.

Activity Diagrams

Almost everything is clear. The only part I do not understand is after student selects topic. Does user go to topic page or select from one of the creator's topics. And also I think it would be better to see all activity sequence in one diagram rather than visit black boxes explicitly. Besides that, everything is perfect.

Class Diagram

It is OK. Much effort has been put obviously. But I did not see the same functions as I saw on the sequence diagram. I am not sure but I think they must be parallel

In overall, everything is good and They apparently did good job. Good luck with your project, guys.

Sequence Diagrams

The diagrams will be about adding content for Registered user and server
