Consider replacing MySQL database with a serialized data system

Serializing the data would allow the user to create their own question sets and quizzes without having to interact with a database or have MySQL installed.

Program throws exception when clicking 'edit' in quiz set editing screen

Program throws exception if the quiz set has no question to edit. Most likely this is because there is no selected question. Have the program check if there is a selected question and if not then return an error message stating that there is no question selected.

Increase overall scale of gui window and all components

Question ID for existing question incremented after editing and saving the question

e.g. If Question 1 has an ID of 1, after editing it and saving it it will now have an ID of 2 and will be displayed as question 2

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create or select a created quiz set
2. click the edit button to go into the quiz set edit screen
3. create a new question or select a previously created question and click the edit button to edit that question.
4. click the exit button without actually editing the question.
5. Now create a new question
6. The newly created question will not be created but instead the question we were editing before will be overwritten.
