Issue when identifying prior matrix in `pthp.py`

Hi. In your algorithm core code, I am confused about the following line:

def check_prior(self):
return [(i, j) for i, j in product(range(len(self._event_names)),
range(len(self._event_names))) if self._prior_matrix[i][j] == -1]

In prior matrix, relevant events are represent as 1, rather than -1. So this function may not identify the priori edge. The debug result also shows that the function check_prior() returns empty list with such setting.
