Siren sync

When a driver turns on the siren it seems that sometimes other players don't hear it - maybe a sync problem?

MAN button switch to next tone

Make the manual button switch to the next tone instead of between wail/yelp

Reminder beep/tone

Something similar to what trevor barns included in his lvc v3. The script would play a beep after, for example, 60 secs of activity and repeat the process until you turn off the lights. So basically a reminder.

Vanilla sirens

Option to switch to base game sirens to make goreg happy. Toggleable on client side.

Stock Fire Siren Dual Tone broken

When setting a vehicle to the stock fire siren and having it with a dual, it uses the stock police wail instead of the fire wail as the dual tone

Makes the hi lo button tone but the prio does not play.

I would like to know if it would be possible to add an option for those who want the siren to turn off automatically when they leave the vehicle? Even when they disconnect from the server.
