* Send Set-Cookie crowd.token_key header after first authentication
* Check if  Cookie crowd.token_key is present, and use it for authent. Call to check cookie to Crowd are cached.

News parameters
* CrowdCookieSet : add Set-Cookie header if needed, default value : false
* CrowdCookieName : default value : crowd.token_key
* CrowdCacheExpiryApp : cache expiry time for app cache, default value : 3600
