Build instructions do not exist

Just having golang and govendor installed and then running make fails for all kinds of reasons. Write some actually useful build instructions as not everyone is familiar with Go yet.

Reported bandwidth seems to be off by factor of 8-10x

Monitoring my inbound and outbound bandwidth on my actual droplet shows 12 to 20 Mbps inbound and outbound while my graphs in the digitalocean.com control panel show only 1 to 3 Mbps of traffic. CPU usage seems to be correct, it just seems to be network traffic that's wrong.

Running `do-agent -v` does not output the version number

Documentation in the support section of digitalocean.com says it should, as does the README.
