partial "jam-icons/icon" not found

Not sure what I'm missing installing the module. I've tried running hugo mod get -u and hugo mod clean both run without errors.

But when I try to include a icon I get error:
{{ partial "jam-icons/icon" "ghost" }}

Should it be downling the svg/module files somewhere that I can check?

When I run hugo mod vendor it downloads all the files to _vendor folder but I get the same error.
