Option to change zoom camera height?

I primarily use the 'zoom' camera(the one you get when scrolling out from first person), and this plugin fixes one of the major issues I have with it, so thanks.

The other issue I have with it is that it's centered too low. This becomes more noticeable the further out the zoom is. The height is adjustable on the other cameras but I find their controls to be awkward.

Would it be possible to add an option to change the height of the camera?
