C1083: Cannot open include file: 'sys/time.h': No such file or directory

Neither Python2 nor Python3 on Windows could compile.

Building the projects in this solution one at a time. To enable parallel build, please add the "/m" switch.

I really want to use a FAST binary and native Node.js to PING many hosts and not be forced to shell out to the OS ping via child-process.
What can be done?
