curator_rails_example's Issues

MongoDB example

I've looked through the specs in curator but I'm still not 100% on the correct way to switch to the mongo datastore. Please could you guys create a branch demonstrating how best to do this?

I've got a little of the way through but hit an issue passing in domain models that include active model validations, I get this error:

BSON::InvalidDocument (Cannot serialize ActiveModel::Errors as a BSON type; it either isn't supported or won't translate to BSON.)

Associations?

Intrigued by this thing, but curious about association syntax (has_one, has_many, and has_many :through or equivalents) and performance (eg, is there an equivalent of :include or a way to deal with n+1 queries).

I haven't found examples elsewhere and haven't found curator rdocs or anything else to give me a hint. Perhaps you could add a Tag class so you can add tags to notes. Or add a Comment class, so Notes could have many comments?

Thanks! Look forward to seeing more of this!
