bscdiff compares bsc, issue and CVE numbers in changelogs

Hi there! 👋 I'm Jochen aka brejoc, a Software Engineering Manager at Red Hat. Among other things I've been working on Uyuni, Salt, and Cobbler in the past. I was also a maintainer for Salt on openSUSE.
Right now I'm focusing on helping a new team at Red Hat to reach their full potential. I'm a maintainer for teampulls on Fedora, Joker on openSUSE, goss on openSUSE, jpm on openSUSE, and mbpfan on openSUSE. I'm also a openSUSE Member and a Fedora packager.

Output is not sorted by line numbers

The output should be sorted afterwards and not start again with the next regex.

bnc vs bsc

bnc numers should be the same as bsc numbers. So if we have a bnc numer in one changelog and a bsc in the second, then there should only be a warning, since this should okay in most of the cases.
