Seeking a new BTO term

Hi there,

I wondered if it would be possible to create a new BTO term for cardiac stem cells, required for a PRIDE submission. If I can provide more details, please let me know.

'endothelial cell' has incorrect part_of link to heart

BTO asserts that all endothelial cells are part of the heart, leading to problems like this:

=> part_of the liver is part_of the heart

Careful to format the tags correctly when doing releases

when doing GitHub releases, you should check that the tag created on the left has the form v202X-XX-XX, like in the bottom part of this picture here:

Else the version IRIs will not resolve. :)

Consider single root term for all BTO classes

As you can see on OLS, BTO does not have a single grouping term up top, which makes it hard for some applications to group BTO terms. Furthermore, it would be very helpful if the top level could be grouped in some rough categories, like

BTO entity
- cell type
- cell line
- anatomical entity

and so on, to make BTO easier to browse and use by applications. Would you consider to add these before you make your next release?
