Hey @ansal-exp, it looks like you might be using a slightly older version of Pub (Pub 2.0.0-dev.16.0), whereas the flutter_redux 0.4.1 requires 2.0.0-dev.28.0 as a minimum version to work!
I'd recommend upgrading flutter to the latest beta channel :) Also, please note: There are some problems with Redux + Dart 2 right now. I've got issues filed against the Flutter repo to get more help, and I'd actually recommend sticking with the Dart 1 versions for now (Redux + flutter_redux 0.3.6)

For this to work with Dart 2, please use:
- Latest Flutter beta, dev, or master branch
- Redux 3.0.0
- flutter_redux 0.5.0
Please let me know if you run into trouble with that combo!
