Open Words is an open source initiative to modernize William Whitaker's Words: Latin-English Dictionary program so that it may continue to be useful to future generations of Latin students and philologists.

Find the original Whitaker's Words written in Ada this repository thoughtfully documented and maintained by dsanson. More information about William Whitaker and the Words program is available there.

Open Words is currently still in alpha, so please fork and send your PRs to contribute to the effort of maintaining William Whitaker's Words.
