Releasing on GitHub and installing via Chocolatey

I find this tool very useful, thanks for writing it!

I'd love to be able to quickly install it on any server where I need it using Chocolatey. Additionally, it would be convenient to have an offcial build downloadable from GitHub (as a Release).

I can assist with that - I'd create a GitHub Actions workflow, which would build the app and create a Release on GH (.zip), and then the workflow could build a Chocolatey package and publish it to chocolatey.org.

Unable to add Provider Names

Thanks for the tool!, this is very helpful. Here is my first issue : )
Repro Steps:

1. Clone repository from GitHub
2. Open solution in Visual Studio.
3. Set platform to ‘x64’.
4. Build and run.
5. Enter the provider names you want to listen for.

Actual Result:
Unable to add Provider Names hence unable to see the traces in the ETWViewer tool

Expected Result
Able to add Provider Names in the UI and should be able to see the traces in ETWViewer tool
