Unique Human Identity

BrightID allows you to prove to applications that you're only using one account.

• No personal data or biometrics are used for verification.
• Verified by a trusted group of close personal contacts plus a decentralized graph database.
• A lost or compromised ID can be replaced by reconnecting with a few close personal contacts.

Decentralized & Nonintrusive

The network consists of volunteers running nodes. Nodes host the social graph used for verification, but there's no personal information stored there.

Show group members in the user form

When we select a group from the list of groups that a user is member of, it will be helpful if we show the list of members bellow groups combo in the user form.

Enable users to see their group names and profile photos after they login to explorer

Currently the names and photos of connections are being loaded from backup server after user login to explorer.
The groups names and photos can be loaded in the same way too.

Penalize spammers

Currently, we are only penalizing users that are reported by their already known connections.
As requestProof is added the connections that can be used to prove the other side sent the connection request, we can start penalizing spammers without relying on the existence of the other side connection and its level.

Make it clear that sensitive information is sensitive

BrightID strings and graphs should display a warning that they contain private information related directly to the user's connection, and should not be shared publicly.

Enable users to see trusted connections for a brightid

It will be helpful to see trusted connections for a brightid when the brightid is selected.

Enable users see seed status of groups

It will be helpful to see a "Seed" label beside group names in the explorer if selected group is seed.
