Duplicative Requests During Initialization

During initialization my app frequently sends out duplicative requests i.e. multiple customer profile requests. It would be great if the interceptor only let through the initial request, and then fulfilled duplicative requests using the cache once the initial response has been received.

Provide IndexdDB Caching support

I created a IndexedDB implementation for a little project based on your work. In the pursuit of open source goodness id like integrate it back into your module.

Would this be a feature you'd like to have implemented? If so ill fork and submit a pull request when ready.

If it is what would your opinion be on the options interface? Obviously your current options for key and age wouldn't change but should it default to LocalStorage with a flag to make it use IndexedDB instead. Should it fallback to LocalStorage in the event that IndexedDB is not supported or just continue as though caching wasn't enabled, possibly logging a warning to the console?
