Use Alpine Linux

Alpine Linux is a security-oriented, lightweight Linux distribution based on musl libc and busybox. Using Alpine instead of Ubuntu will decrease lot the size of the generated images.

Tagged builds don't have supervisord installed

docker run -it --rm brunoric/hhvm:3.9
Results in:
/scripts/start.sh: line 2: exec: supervisord: not found

Avoid using any hardcoded tag info

This will make the tool support automatically any new HHVM version.

Implement an automated flow to build the images

As I said in the issue #5, Docker Hub, Travis-CI and CircleCI can't build HHVM due RAM memory limitations in its VMs. There is a need to figure out a solution to automatize the build flow and tests using free solutions like the others cited here.

Update submodules for HHVM 3.17

Currently, when building from the git repository, the submodules used are from HHVM 3.12.1.

Update the documentation

Update the documentation with all the new images and instructions added when the milestone finish.

Use Dockerfile ARG

Since docker 1.9.0 Dockerfile accepts build time arguments and with these we now can reduce the number of Dockerfiles to build all HHVM versions.

Missing tags after 3.5

I can only pull tags listed here: https://hub.docker.com/r/brunoric/hhvm/tags/

$ docker run --rm -ti brunoric/hhvm:3.10 bash
Unable to find image 'brunoric/hhvm:3.10' locally
Pulling repository docker.io/brunoric/hhvm
Tag 3.10 not found in repository docker.io/brunoric/hhvm

Implement HHVM nigthly version

Wrong startup path

docker run -p 9000:9000 brunoric/hhvm:deb

exec: "/start.sh": stat /start.sh: no such file or directory2014/12/10 03:15:49 Error response from daemon: Cannot start container c77183fafe72a83fb4866f2130b1e9621c095f2294b0f3161530f7344bc28b96: exec: "/start.sh": stat /start.sh: no such file or directory

I found the start.sh is located in /scripts/ directory.
