Import crash

when i import an excel file or csv the app keep crashing .my phone samsung ,android 11

Importing CSV bug

Hi, I imported a csv file from my storage, and now everytime I want to import another it just creates a duplicate of the csv already imported. When I delete one of the duplicates, the old file is deleted and I am left only with the newly imported csv.

For example, I imported file abc.csv, then I want to import another file: xyz.csv, the app creates another copy of abc.csv and when I try to delete one of the abc.csv, both abc.csv are deleted and I am left with the xyz.csv file(which upon importing replaces the name to csv imported file or.smth)

Not all supported languages show up in list

When choosing the front or back language for a stack of cards I cannot select my language (Dutch).

The dropdown only lists the following (scrolling does not reveal more) languages:
63761da7-a395-4308-8431-64b1519ef419

Version: 2.0.3

CSV incorrectly imported

I made cards for verbs. I put each declination on a new line wth the "newline" button at the right bottom of my samsung keyboard.
Screenshot_20230706-230102_Byheart
I exported the cards to a csv and the csv looks correct.
Then I imported the csv and the cards contain only the first line of the multi-line cards.
Screenshot_20230706-230336_Byheart
The exported csv file contains the '0A'X char at the position of the newline-char, but this char is not honoured by the import of the csv.

Please correct this.

Thanks, Kees.

Project page is missing a README.md

It would be nice if the project featured a README.md file providing a brief overview of the project and some additional info such as how to download the app from the Play Store.

Build error: google-services.json is missing

When I tried to open the project with Android Studio Giraffe (2022.3.1) I got the following error:

Execution failed for task ':app:processDebugGoogleServices'.
> File google-services.json is missing. The Google Services Plugin cannot function without it.

* Try:
Run with --stacktrace option to get the stack trace. Run with --info or --debug option to get more log output. Run with --scan to get full insights.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  • Download Android Studio Giraffe,
  • open byheart project,
  • build byheart project without upgrading Gradle.

Taken from the Google Services Troubleshooting section:

Q: When building I get the following error message: "File google-services.json is missing from module root folder. The Google Services Plugin cannot function without it".

A: The Firebase console will help you download the google-services.json. In addition, the Quickstart guides for most APIs have instructions for generating this file. Once you have downloaded the google-services.json file, copy it into the app/ folder of your Android Studio project, or into the app/src/{build_type} folder if you are using multiple build types.

CSV import makes random characters

When I import an excel files with terms in one file and definitions in the other, it doesn't work. It just comes up with random characters like when you open a file in a text editor that isn't really a text file.
