Atpacks and Devices can not choose

Hello,
I now download your atpack, but Atpacks and Devices can not choose. Both are -
I tested your online test http://media.vagrearg.org/atpack/ and work only this online test.
I use Chrome, Edge and Internet Explorer, without a change.
Can you help me?

In browser console are errors:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected number
atpackrun.js:51 Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined
at atpackrun.js:51

CORS policy blocking access to xml files

I linked the correct jquery file in atpack.html and now i get

jquery-3.3.1.min.js:2 Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'file:///C:/*/atpack-master/Atmel.ATmega_DFP.atpack/Atmel.ATmega_DFP.pdsc' from origin 'null' has been blocked by CORS policy: 
Cross origin requests are only supported for protocol schemes: http, data, chrome, chrome-extension, https.
