Missing ctf.h?

Thanks for uploading these challenges!

However, a few of them (ruler, ripc4, kvaas, hashpop and adding-machine) contain C sources referencing a ctf.h header which is not in the repository.

More precisely, these directories contain a symbolic link to ../../../../common/ctf.h, which is outside the repository.

Is it intentional? Or just a mistake?

Recipes dockerfile not building, deleted google cloud image?

I know it's a long shot since the challenges are already long over, but figured I'll try anyway :)

Been following lots of writeups and attempting to step through the exploits and solutions in order to learn, however in attempting to build the image myself, the dockerfile for recpies (and various other challenges I presume) isn't creating itself, as gcr.io/bsides-sf-ctf-2020/recipes is deleted. Any chance for someone to have the images?
