[Request] Is Budgie still planning switching its desktop architecture to Qt?

Hi.

This is not a request for the actual desktop, but instead for the desktop homepage.

But first: Is Budgie still planning switching its desktop architecture to Qt in v11?

If so, i believe there should be some reference to it or any kind of roadmap mentioning the transition to Qt on the homepage... (i could not find it anywhere...)

TODO: Add information about Budgie 11

Information about Budgie 11 does not need to be in-depth. It can remain high-level as to provide us plenty of flexibility on technological choices. For example, it'd be ideal to communicate how Budgie 10 and 11 will be Wayland only, daemon / data model, UX model promoting alternative implementations, etc.

Should partially be incorporated into the Roadmap and see if the Budgie 11 org project has useful things to pull as well.

TODO: Add more info about Budgie Desktop

While having an org section for Buddies of Budgie is nice, the site needs to communicate more information about Budgie Desktop itself, whether that be elaborating more on personalization than just the banner, features such as Budgie Screenshot, technologies used (or link to Docusaurus), etc.

Footer should have links to various properties of Buddies of Budgie, such as:

• YouTube
• TILVids
• Matrix
• OpenCollective
• GitHub
• RSS Iconography for main News feed (see #1 )
