shortens url

* clone the project
* install all the bundles "bundle install"
* this project is using mysql database
  - run "rake db:create"
  - run "rake db:migrate"
  - run "rake db:seed" (to get some temporary data)
  - run "rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV=test" (for rspec)
* run the server "rails s"

* to test and run rspec you just type in console "bundle exec rspec"

here is an example on how to access the API for this project (url is equal to "shorten_url"):
