HARMONY - Financial Advisor & Chore Equalizer Web App

HARMONY is a web application that helps couples manage their finances and chore responsibilities in an organized and user-friendly way.

Features

• Financial Advisor:

  • Users can ask finance-related questions.
  • The application uses OpenAI's GPT-3 to provide answers.
  • User-friendly interface for asking questions and viewing responses.

• Income Tracker:

  • Users can track their individual income and joint account balance.
  • Provides a clear overview of financial data.

• Chore Equalizer (Coming Soon):

  • Plan and assign chores to individuals.
  • Automatically deduct chore values from the joint account and allocate them to individuals.

Installation

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/Bush28/HARMONY.git
   
   
   

Install dependencies:

cd HARMONY pip install django

Set up the database:

python manage.py makemigrations python manage.py migrate

Run the development server:

python manage.py runserver

Usage Access the Financial Advisor tab to ask financial questions. Visit the Income Tracker to manage income and joint account balance. Chore Equalizer (Coming Soon): Assign and manage chores within your household.
