User field not populating in Collector document under appointment details

Schema not catching ID number duplicates

When creating new user documents, the ID number field should be a unique value for each document but for some reason the documents are being created with duplicate values and the mongoose/mongo schema is not catching or preventing them.

Users applying multiple times

Users should be restricted to applying once for each sell room they show interest in. Implement checks to ensure that they have not previous applied before persisting to the DB.
