BytesToWrite sometimes has a number greater than zero (0)

Hi,

In the Form1.cs updateWidget method, I seem to be missing some updates.

Digging into it a little, I added some logging inside the BytesToWrite check as 
below...

Line 118 from:
if (com.m_port.BytesToWrite > 0) return;

to:
int waiting = com.m_port.BytesToWrite;
if (waiting > 0)
{
    Console.WriteLine("Hummm, " + waiting + " bytes left to write.");
    return;
}

When I see missing events, the BytesToWrite value is 518 or more.  Do you know 
why this happens?

I could be related to sending requests too quickly in sequence.

Submaster request

support for lighting Submaster would be very useful.

also adding a GRANDmaster would be helpful as well
