Move homepage to JSX

Maybe try:

  • Create jsx based on lib/criticos_web/controllers/page_html/home.html.heex
  • Give an id of root to the main tag inlib/criticos_web/components/layouts/root.html.heex
  • In assets/js/app.js replace the authorslist component with the new top level jsx component

I figure we can leave replacing the menu bar for a separate issue/PR
