Plug in CLA bot

We should plug the CLA bot in all public repositories.

Strange zoom/change camera using shortcuts on Firefox

Changing the camera doesn't work and the zoom produces unexpected results:

Invalid zoom value when side scrolling on Chrome

store user prefs (zoom and camera)

Store in the localstorage the zoom and the camera set by the user.

Agent names flicker when zooming

Agent names do not disappear when game is restarted, but browser not restarted

model.json cannot be decoded on Firefox

Curling the file shows the correct Content-Type header:

But both Chrome and Firefox let you inspect the non decoded source (which is not valid JSON of course). Firefox even fails to read the content at all.

@netgusto should we add a fallback to a non-gzip file? or figure out what's wrong with the request/response?
