Setup for development

Setup virtualenv and install requirements:

$ make

Apply migrations and create database:

$ ./bin/python manage.py migrate

Run development server (private localhost):

$ ./bin/python manage.py runserver

Or run development server (public to local network):

$ ./bin/python manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:8000

Fix wsgi script for different settings

Add gunicorn systemd service template

Think about serving media files in development mode

Do we want to serve media files during debug mode?

Add possibility to override settings with system variables

for example to override the database password in production settings without adding those changes to the version control

How to allow template overriding?

Currently it is not possible to override templates of external apps, leave it as a special case or add one of those two solutions.

Add global template directories definition:

Or move common app before external apps:
