Use pangeo object store rather than ESGF

Access to the pangeo object store will be more convenient for the sake of this example, as I don't think it required credentials. It may also have better performance.

cftime version

Appears to break with cftime version 1.5.0, but OK with version 1.4.1. So I should fix the environment specification.

Code review feedback

  1. Use consistent locations between plots
  2. Show the user the damage functions
  3. Can use resample for the long term means? Might be simpler
  4. Explictly say the number of years when you show the long term means
  5. Can you present the information better than the colour maps? E.g. plotting against latitude.
