Suggestion to add more modifier keys, editing keys and touchpad lock functions

May I suggest that the following are added as well:

Fn | Ins | Alt Gr

And albeit not a button an indicator for the Touchpad.
This will save me from installing two extensions.

Enhancement of adding Insert Mode Indication

How Cool It would be to add a Insert Mode indication to it?

suggestion not to hide the icon

current implementation will show and hide icons according to status.
but this moves everything else besides it.
it would be better if it can simply "gray-out" the icon, not "hide" the icon.

when I tried to install it with firefox gnome extensions, it just shows ERROR

Error when you try to install it

Please add a (configurable) indicator for the Super key

I have enabled sticky keys due to which I often need to know the state of the Super key. This will greatly boost the accessibiilty function.

Does not work in native wayland windows

Hi,

this is a very usefull extension. However when running a wayland session the indicator icons only work for xwayland windows. (e.g. it works when I am in the chromium window, it will not work when I am in the gnome-terminal, or any native gnome application).
Do you have any intention of also supporting wayland?

Position Order get to 0 after Gnome Restart?

Hi,

If set the position order to have value other than 0, it always back again to 0 after I restart Gnome using ALT + F2 and r

How can I set the value to be persistent?

It doesn't work with Gnome 3.26

I have installed the extension manually in the main extension path:

/usr/share/gnome-shell/extensions/

And restart Gnome Shell Alt+F2 > r > Enter

And the extension is not detected. I'm using Ubuntu 17.10 with Gnome 3.26.1.
