Gaming meta package Button

I would find it useful if there was a button to install the gaming meta package. I can well imagine that many users are not even aware of this.

feature: create "secret" page with all possible and impossible options

The indent here is to provide functionality to the user from GUI (not running any commands from the net).

1. we may not want to bloat user with different options which can result into broken system without knowing or annoyance.
2. for those who know it could be a quality of life improvement

Fix issue with Message Dialogs on KDE Plasma

Either fix or add workaround for the issue with disappearing window buttons(close, minimize, maximize).

detection for Plasma specifically can be done, but not required to have it

remove page with popular apps

it's not located in the right place, and not correctly implemented

it should be:

1. removed from Hello(CachyOS-Welcome) and PackageInstaller()
2. reformatted, and reimplemented in different form with easy of use(user friendly. kind of application store)
3. should be an ease of maintains. we should be able to make changes on-demand
