PWA対応したい

RSSが更新されたらdeployが走るようにしたい

anchorが更新されたタイミングで gatsby build がはしって記事を取り込んだ上でdeployされるようになるのが理想。
GitHub Actionsで RSSの更新を検知できるかはよくわからん。
最悪ActionsのSchedule機能で週1ぐらいdeployかける感じになる気がする
