Hard to read code

I spent 3 days reading 350 lines of code, but it was too hard to understand. Can you add an explanation on how to convert the coordinate system?

I already have background in coordinate system transformation: Euler Angle, Quaternion,...

What I'm doing is converting BVH to SMPL. I found a very interesting dataset: BEAT mocap Face (FaceID) and Body and Hand (VICON). This dataset has 70 hours, 30 actors, 8 different emotions. What impressed me most was that they built a Neural network to convert emotions when talking.

Please help me!

How to calculate 3d keypoint coordinate to SMPL pose parameters?

Can you tell me how to calculate 3d keypoint to smpl pose parameters, which is axis-angle. I try some way to solve it, but I can get the right pose what I want. Please help me. Thx.

How to smooth the results

The generated sequence pose results seems shaky, how to smooth it.

why the SMPL pose looks a little shaky?

I download the code and run test_skeleton() in 3DViewer.py and find smpl skeleton is shaky.
Is it a numerical precision problem?

Nothing happened after I run python2 3Dviewer.py

I created two folders ./data and ./pose , but when i run python2 3Dviewer.py i don't see anything

is there [bvh to SMPL] ??

I tried to convert bvh to SMPL using your method.
As I know rotation representation of bvh is euler. so i convert euler-> axis angle per each joint.
But i couldnt get the desired smpl pose. Do you know how to do it?
