Issues with webpage positioning

In chrome and Firefox, when I start typing the webpage changes position. Backspacing and arrow keys don't make a difference, however when you begin typing, after the first input the webpage automatically moves. A few other people are also having this same issue. I have tried clearing cookies and downloading fresh versions of each browser, but nothing has worked.

Hi, Caleb. Is ProofPad completely down right now? I just get socket connection issues. Thanks.

Broken Scrolling

After uploading a file, scrolling does not immediately render the next lines of text. If I manually click on a region, it appears, but the earlier regions disappear.

This occurs on Linux and Windows with Firefox, Chrome, and the latest version of MS Edge.
Is there any remedy for this? I have tried clearing cookies, and even trying brand new installations of web browsers, but I keep running into the same issues.
