Transition to generalized slackbot framework

Transition torbot into a general slack framework which would require only the import of an external commands module. This should allow for fairly easy new bots, with just the modification of custom command modules.

@torbot fulfill with no parameters or invalid parameters crashes bot

Steps to recreate:

Attempt to auto-fill requests from #Torrents-announce

Have @torbot sit in #torrents-announce and whenever tori or glix announces a title has been added/downloaded it should try to match it when any requests it has. if it finds a match within 80% certainty it should announce in #torrents that is has been fulfilled.

Titles come in as move file names, so Home.Alone.2.Lost.In.New.York.1992.720p.BluRay.DTS.x264-DON.mkv Bot would need to ignore the .'s to put together logical names.

Change the interaction from @torbot to !<command>

Would prefer to do ! such as !help or !list !fulfill etc rather than the @torbot

PM may not be necessary if the bot simply does @ your request for X has been fulfilled by | specifying who fulfilled so they know which plex to look at

Change the "Almost killed me" to something else...

If a command would have legitimately killed the bot, sure. if its just informing you it cant properly handle the request, maybe the output should be different

Make the bot search IMDB and trailers upon request. something like

or have it ask, which version/year?
