Add Cocoapods support

No Access to error object

First of all thank you for great plugin! I have found it very handy and nice to work with.

The issue I have run into is not having access to the NSError object and only being able to access the localizedDescription string. This causes an issue for example when working with APIs that require authentication. Usually the API will return a 401 unauthorized response and I want to handle those errors (redirecting to a login) differently than I would a different error.

Have you thought about passing the NSError object instead of the localizedDescription? Would you consider accepting a pull request for this?

Handle optional auth in the headers

Deprecate singleton use | Add tests

• Create new init method that accepts a baseUrl string parameter (handy for pointing to different environments, ie develop vs production APIs)
• Deprecate singleton
• Add tests

Deprecate RESTMan.plist. Use the target's plist instead.

This will make the API endpoint definitions a little more visible.

The restman shell script will need to locate the app target's .plist file and locate the Restman settings (if present), and then proceed with building out RESTManConfig.h as it does currently.
