Looks great! The only issue I have is that you need to click enter to finish word. For me (and probably vast majority of keeb enthusiasts) it is extremely counter intuitive. I would use it constantly only if it was with space instead of enter :D

Align input and current word text

You can submit a word after time is up

It appears that once the timer is up, if a word was already typed, it can be submitted. We probably need to block the Update() loop once timer finishes so that the model is not updated after completion
