problems with vcrpy in python 3

Different problems related to unicode in python 3, for example https://travis-ci.org/camptocamp/AIS.py/jobs/129185200#L299

There are some open issues on vcrpy regarding this, I might look into it later, or consider betamax. For the moment, travis on python 3 is disabled.

Store or Return the Issued Request Id

Hi there!

I'd like to get the request_id out of the AIS class when it signs a pdf for audit/logging purposes. I can solve this using a subclass, but I'd be more comfortable if it was part of AIS proper.

is it possible to either store something like last_request_id on the AIS class or to return it when the signing functions are called?

I'm happy to implement this myself and submit a PR.

sign_batch() fails when the batch is made of 1 PDF only

In AIS/AIS/ais.py, def sign_batch(self, pdfs):

other['sc.ExtendedSignatureObject'] is not a list in this case
