plpm's Issues

An IO Exception was thrown on generating a package

When I ran the command "plpm create", it was thrown :

Unhandled Exception: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\[My User]\AppData\Roaming\PrivateLocatedPackageManager\Some.plpmpkg'.at

The package position is wrong

When I ran a command "plpm create", the following error caused.

[ERROR] The file which is located at file:///c:/pathtosrc/Hello.txt is not found.

Actually, that time, the current directory is "c:/pathtosrc/test" and "c:/pathtosrc/test/Hello.txt" is exists.

The current directory changed while this program running !?

Not found a file by uri but path

After I ran the command, "plpm uninstall", some error appeared.

[ERROR] Tried to delete file:///c:/installedto/Hello.txt but it's not found.

I think that cause because there is the uri of the file not path.

Getting Application Directory fails on Ubuntu Release.

If you ran plpm search in Ubuntu, you would get an exception.
