How to handle tools and tech getting obsolete

Had a discussion with @abhshkdz on this. Basically, the book includes bits about tools, tech as well as practical advice. However, the various tools I use are not likely to keep up with the rest of the book. For, instance I talk about rust as "a new programming language by mozilla". The statement will get less correct as time passes.

Some of the tech I might discuss might become completely irrelevant in a few years (cordova?).

However, I don't want to take the easy way out and actively avoid writing about "cutting-edge" tech. Neither do I want to focus only on theory to make my book last forever.

I'm not really sure what to do here, hence filing this issue for further discussion.

Minor confusion and typo in HTTP chapter

In chapter - "HTTP, REST and APIs"

Confusing statement-
"Opens a TCP socket to josd.captnemo.in" should be changed to "Opens a TCP socket to the website" as it was mentioned before that "When you are making a web request to any server, your browser does the following: ".

Typo ->
"The body on the oter hand is the content of the request"
