It can be quite the process and troubleshooting needed when setting up a new machine as developers are used to so many amazing tools out there! Envmanager aims to ease the process of setting things up for the first time with some extra features, looking at you neovim user.
- Install all your tools in one command from Brew, Nala (apt wrapper) or NPM (for now)
- Dump installed packages in a handy .txt file (can be used to install same packages in another machine)
- Setup your terminal and fonts
- Set up a shell (bash, zsh and fish) and command prompt
- Manage installation of LSP
- Using neovim and nvim-dap plugin? Manage debug adapters installation
- Interested in the neovim nightly branch? Build, scratch, rebuild with ease
Still planning on some of the features for tmux
